1 Introduction and Applicability

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the jilibdt platform and its users. These terms must be followed in order to use the casino games, sports betting and related services provided through jilibdt's website, mobile application or any other digital channel.

By using the service, you confirm that you have fully read and agreed to these terms, our Privacy Policy and the responsible gaming guidelines. If you disagree with any term, please stop using the platform.

jilibdt reserves the right to change these terms at any time. When changes take effect, we will notify users via their registered email or through a platform notification. Continued use of the service after any change will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

jilibdt's services are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. If anyone under 21 opens an account, it will be considered a violation and the account will be closed immediately.

Providing accurate age and identity information at the time of registration is mandatory. jilibdt may request age verification documents at any time if needed. Providing incorrect information may result in suspension or cancellation of the account and forfeiture of any balance.

Each person may hold only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and any associated bonuses will be cancelled.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Creating an Account

An active mobile number and a valid email address are required to open an account. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate and complete. Opening an account with false information is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Password and Access

It is your responsibility to keep your password and login details completely confidential. jilibdt will never ask for your password by phone or email. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the support team immediately. jilibdt will not be responsible if account details are exposed due to your own negligence.

3.3 Account Verification

jilibdt may request a copy of your national ID card or passport for identity verification at any time. Account verification may be mandatory before withdrawals or for large transactions. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

jilibdt currently accepts bKash, Nagad and Rocket for deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (the same for each method). Deposits must be made from your own mobile wallet — deposits from wallets registered in a third party's name are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad or Rocket. The withdrawal process normally takes 5 to 30 minutes to complete. Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.

4.3 Suspicious Transactions

If any transaction appears unusual or suspicious, jilibdt may temporarily put it on hold for review. If evidence of fraudulent or illegal activity is found, the relevant account and balance will be forfeited.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

jilibdt offers new users a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To withdraw the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000; before withdrawing, ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered.

A bonus is not direct cash — the wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. jilibdt reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time without notice. If separate terms apply to a particular offer, they will be stated alongside that offer.

If an attempt is made to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means, the account and all associated bonuses will be cancelled.

6 VIP Program

jilibdt's VIP program has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each level: up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.6% at Silver, up to 0.9% at Gold and up to 1.2% at Platinum.

Weekly cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for that week. For example: if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback.

VIP level changes are based on playing history and activity. jilibdt reserves the right to change VIP terms; users will be notified in their account in advance if any change is made.

7 Prohibited Activities and Usage Limits

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:

• Using another person's identity or account
• Playing or betting through automated software, bots or scripts
• Placing bets in harmful patterns by exploiting the bonus system
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform
• Harassing other users or behaving in an offensive manner

If anyone unintentionally benefits from a technical error, jilibdt reserves the right to cancel that transaction.

8 Game Rules and Betting Terms

8.1 Casino Games

All casino games are operated according to the rules of the respective game provider. The RTP (Return to Player) varies for each game and represents a long-term average — the same outcome is not guaranteed in every session.

8.2 Sports Betting

If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded. For live betting, a bet may not be accepted if the internet connection is lost. In a multi-bet, if one selection is cancelled, the bet will remain active with the remaining selections.

8.3 Dispute Resolution

If you have an objection regarding the result of a game or bet, you must notify the support team via live chat or email within 48 hours of the result being announced. jilibdt's decision will be considered final.

14 Entire Agreement and Enforceability

These terms and conditions form the complete agreement between jilibdt and the user and replace any prior oral or written understanding. If any clause is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect.
